Shopping on a Budget

Okay, so its very clear that people aren't shopping the way that they used to because of the horrible economy we're in right now.  But that okay :) Thanks to stores like Forever 21, we're able to buy cute, fashion forward clothes without breaking the bank.  Never being a fan of Forever 21, Caroline has found an outfit inspired by one of her favorite stores: Free People.  The whole outfit costs less than $90, which would be equivalent to ONE shirt at Free People.  Check out what we found for the same price as the one Free People tank shown below, not saying the Free People shirt isn't totally worth it, of course, but look where you're money can go!  LOOK!
